Hi, everyone. I received the link to the podcast...and here it is:

http://media.twango.com/m1/original/0124/8406333f2f14443c8ec2584654a0b208.wav

I'm not sure how insightful my questions or answers were -- my main concern was to not sound like a blathering idiot, and I'm not sure how well I did on that part! But it was an interesting experience. I enjoyed listening to Mira Kirshenbaum's "how to's" and advice. (It turns out I had purchased one of her books a few years ago, too.) I also thought Dr. Val Jones, the senior medical director at Revolution Health, did a great job moderating, especially since most of the questions came in beforehand. Between the two, we had a warm discussion about relationships, love and how to make Valentine's Day work for you, no matter what your situation. Mira recently started a love and intimacy group at Revolution Health; you can learn more about joining her group at http://www.revolutionhealth.com/healthy-living/relationships/.

I like the Revolution Health mission and approach to bringing valuable, straight-talking health information to consumers, so check it out at http://www.revolutionhealth.com/.

Cheers -- or should I say good health and good lovin'!

How very cool. Take notes on how they do it, if you can. My latest work project includes creating a podcast. I'm very pleased for you and can't wait to hear you voice and a good juicy story or two!
